Shipping Costs and Delivery Methods

Order Dispatch Time

Orders placed on a business day before 2:00 p.m. with InPost or DPD selected are dispatched on the same day. For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully confirmed before dispatch.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or using another delivery method are dispatched on the next business day.

The dispatch time does not include the delivery time indicated for each delivery method.

I. Delivery Costs Within Poland

Below is a list of standard delivery costs and estimated delivery times.

1. DPD or InPost Courier — Cash on Delivery

• estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 25 kg, 41 × 38 × 64 cm;

• shipping cost: PLN 16.

2. DPD Courier

• estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 31.5 kg, 33 × 16 × 143 cm or 63 × 52 × 43 cm;

• shipping cost for orders below PLN 100: PLN 12.99;

• shipping for orders of PLN 100 or more: free.

3. DPD Pickup Point

• estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 5 kg, 51 × 41 × 5 cm;

• shipping cost for orders below PLN 100: PLN 9.99;

• shipping for orders of PLN 100 or more: free.

4. InPost Courier

• estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 25 kg, 63 × 52 × 43 cm;

• shipping cost for orders below PLN 100: PLN 12.99;

• shipping for orders of PLN 100 or more: free.

5. InPost Parcel Lockers

• estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 25 kg, 41 × 38 × 64 cm;

• shipping cost for orders below PLN 200: PLN 11.99;

• shipping for orders of PLN 200 or more: free.

6. Polish Post Courier

• estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 20 kg, 65 × 40 × 42 cm;

• shipping cost for orders below PLN 100: PLN 12.99;

• shipping for orders of PLN 100 or more: free.

7. Polish Post — Pickup Point, Parcel Locker or Żabka

• estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 20 kg, 65 × 40 × 42 cm;

• shipping cost for orders below PLN 100: PLN 11.99;

• shipping for orders of PLN 100 or more: free.

II. Delivery Costs Within the European Union — DPD Courier

Standard delivery is available to mainland destinations in EU Member States that are part of the Schengen Area. Islands are not included in the standard delivery area.

Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Romania

• estimated delivery time: 3 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 3 kg, 51 × 41 × 5 cm;

• shipping cost: PLN 50.

Czechia, Germany, Lithuania and Latvia

• estimated delivery time: 2 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 3 kg, 51 × 41 × 5 cm;

• shipping cost: PLN 37.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Italy

• estimated delivery time: 4 business days;

• maximum parcel weight and dimensions: 3 kg, 51 × 41 × 5 cm;

• shipping cost: PLN 99.

For mainland EU Member States within the Schengen Area that are not listed above, the shipping cost and estimated delivery time are displayed during checkout or calculated individually.

III. Delivery to Other Countries and Islands

Delivery to other countries and islands may be arranged upon individual request.

The shipping cost will be calculated individually based on the destination and order details.

IV. Additional Information

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is handed over to the courier.

Tracking availability and the possibility of changing the delivery address or delivery date depend on the selected courier and delivery method. Any additional charges are determined by the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, changing the delivery address may not be possible or may involve an additional charge.

Estimated delivery times may be extended due to courier delays, public holidays or other exceptional circumstances. This does not affect the customer’s statutory consumer rights.
