I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store available at www.pinelini.com, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, making payments, delivering Products, withdrawing from agreements and submitting complaints.

These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Online Store website in a format that allows them to be saved, reproduced and printed.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is voluntary but necessary to place an Order and conclude a Sales Agreement.

The Customer must use the Online Store in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and Conditions and generally accepted standards of conduct.
II. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Online Store – the online sales platform operated by the Seller at www.pinelini.com.

Seller – K&K SALES Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Ząbki, Poland.

Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit with legal capacity that uses the Online Store or places an Order.
-
Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
-
Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity where the agreement is not of a professional nature for that person.
-
Product – a movable item or digital product offered in the Online Store, including wooden world maps, LED world maps, map accessories and electronic gift cards.

Product Page – a page within the Online Store presenting information about a Product, including its description, price, available variants and photographs.
-
Price – the gross value of a Product, including applicable taxes, displayed in the currency relevant to the selected country or market.
-
Order – a Customer’s declaration intended to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
-
Sales Agreement – an agreement for the sale of a Product concluded remotely between the Customer and the Seller.
-
Customer Account – an individual section of the Online Store that allows the Customer to access their details and Order history, where this functionality is available.
-
Cart – a function of the Online Store that allows Products to be added, quantities to be changed, Products to be removed and the Customer to proceed to checkout.
-
Newsletter – a free electronic service through which information about Products, promotions, new releases and inspiration is sent to an email address provided by the User.
-
Business Day – a day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
III. RULES FOR USING THE ONLINE STORE

To use the Online Store, the User requires:
-
a device with Internet access;
-
an up-to-date web browser;
-
an active email address;
-
JavaScript and cookies enabled to the extent necessary for the Online Store to function.

The Customer must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information.
-
It is prohibited to:
-
submit unlawful content;
-
take actions that interfere with the operation of the Online Store;
-
impersonate another person;
-
use the Online Store in a manner that infringes the rights of the Seller or any third party.

The Seller may temporarily restrict access to the Online Store for technical, maintenance or security reasons.
-
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, Prices and availability information are accurate and up to date. If an obvious error is identified, the Customer will be informed before the Order is processed.
IV. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Information presented in the Online Store constitutes an invitation to enter into an agreement and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

The main characteristics of each Product, available variants, Price and set contents are provided on the relevant Product Page.
-
Products made from natural wood may differ slightly from the photographs in terms of shade, texture, grain and other natural characteristics. Differences resulting from the natural properties of wood do not constitute a Product defect.

All Prices displayed in the Online Store are gross Prices and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated on the Product Page or during checkout.
-
The Product Price does not include delivery costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
-
The total value of the Order, including Product Prices, delivery costs and any other applicable charges, is displayed to the Customer before the Order is placed.
-
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless the terms of a particular promotion expressly state otherwise.
V. PLACING ORDERS

Orders may be placed through www.pinelini.com 24 hours a day, subject to possible technical interruptions.

To place an Order, the Customer must:
-
select a Product and the appropriate variant;
-
add the Product to the Cart;
-
proceed to checkout;
-
provide the information required to process the Order;
-
select an available delivery method;
-
select an available payment method;
-
review the Order summary;
-
accept these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy;
-
place the Order using a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay.

Creating a Customer Account is not required to place an Order where the Online Store permits checkout without registration.
-
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, including the email address, telephone number and delivery address.
-
After placing an Order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
-
The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller sends confirmation that the Order has been accepted for processing.
-
If an Order cannot be processed, the Seller will notify the Customer and refund any payment received for the part of the Order that cannot be fulfilled.
-
The sales document or invoice may be provided to the Customer electronically.
VI. PAYMENTS
-
Available payment methods are displayed to the Customer during checkout.
-
Payments may be processed by external payment service providers, including Shopify Payments and providers of local payment methods available for the Customer’s country.
-
The availability of particular payment methods may depend on the Customer’s country, currency, Order value and selected delivery method.
-
The Customer must make payment in accordance with the instructions displayed during checkout.
-
If payment is not confirmed, the Seller may suspend processing or cancel the Order after informing the Customer.
-
The Seller does not store the Customer’s complete payment card details. Such information is processed by the relevant payment service provider.
VII. DELIVERY
-
Products are delivered to countries and regions available in the country selector and during checkout.
-
Available delivery methods, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before the Customer places the Order.
-
Additional information about delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times is provided in the Shipping Policy available in the Online Store.
-
The total Order fulfilment time includes:
-
the time required to prepare and hand the Order over to the carrier;
-
the delivery time applicable to the selected delivery method and destination.
-
If an Order contains Products with different processing times, the Order may be shipped after all Products have been prepared.
-
The Customer must provide a correct and complete delivery address.
-
Once an Order has been dispatched, the Customer may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number if tracking is available for the selected delivery method.
-
If a parcel is visibly damaged, the Customer is advised to photograph the parcel and notify the carrier and the Seller. Failure to do so does not limit the Consumer’s statutory rights.
-
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product passes to the Consumer when the Product is delivered to the Consumer or to a third party designated by the Consumer.
VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may withdraw from a Sales Agreement concluded remotely without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the Product.

If an Order includes several Products delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day the Consumer receives the last Product, batch or part of the Order.
-
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a clear statement:
-
by email to pinelini.office@gmail.com; or
-
by post to the Seller’s registered address.
-
The Consumer may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
-
The Product must be returned no later than 14 days after the Consumer informs the Seller of the withdrawal.
-
Before returning a Product, the Consumer is advised to contact the Seller to receive the current return instructions.
-

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product in the case of a standard withdrawal.
-
The Product should be properly protected and packaged for return transport.
-
The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
-
The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
-
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Product has been received or the Consumer provides proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
-
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method that does not result in additional charges.
-
The Seller does not accept return parcels sent cash on delivery.
-
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by applicable law, including Products made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised to meet the Customer’s individual needs.
IX. COMPLAINTS AND PRODUCT CONFORMITY

The Seller is responsible to the Consumer for the Product’s conformity with the Sales Agreement in accordance with applicable law.

A complaint may be submitted:
-
by email to pinelini.office@gmail.com; or
-
in writing to the Seller’s registered address.
-
To help the Seller process the complaint efficiently, the Customer is advised to provide:
-
their full name;
-
the Order number;
-
a description of the problem;
-
the date the issue was identified;
-
the requested resolution;
-
photographs of the Product and packaging where relevant.
-
A receipt is not required to submit a complaint if the purchase can be proven by other means.
-
The Seller will respond to a Consumer complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
-
If a Product does not conform to the Sales Agreement, the Consumer may request repair or replacement, subject to the rules and exceptions provided by applicable law.
-
In circumstances specified by law, the Consumer may request a Price reduction or withdraw from the Sales Agreement.
-
The Consumer does not bear the costs associated with a justified complaint regarding a Product that does not conform to the Sales Agreement.
-
If the Customer receives a damaged or incorrect Product, they should contact the Seller before returning it in order to arrange the appropriate return method.
X. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Where Customer Account functionality is available, creating and using an Account is voluntary and free of charge.
-
Access to the Customer Account may be provided using a code sent to the Customer’s email address.
-
The Customer must protect access to their email address and Customer Account against unauthorised persons.
-
The Customer may request deletion of their Account at any time by contacting the Seller at pinelini.office@gmail.com.
-
Deletion of an Account does not affect the Seller’s obligation to retain information about completed Orders where such retention is required by law.
XI. NEWSLETTER
-
Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
-
The Newsletter may contain information about Products, promotions, new releases and inspiration related to Pinelini’s offer.
-
Subscription takes place by providing an email address in the relevant form and completing any additional steps indicated by the Online Store.
-
The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time:
-
by using the unsubscribe link contained in a Newsletter email; or
-
by contacting the Seller at pinelini.office@gmail.com.
-
Unsubscribing from the Newsletter is free of charge.
XII. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Content available in the Online Store, including photographs, graphics, logos, Product descriptions, instructions, text and video materials, may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Copying, distributing or using this content without the consent of the authorised party is prohibited except where permitted by law.
-
Users may not submit unlawful, offensive or misleading content, content infringing third-party rights or content unrelated to the function through which it is submitted.
-
Potentially illegal content may be reported to pinelini.office@gmail.com. The report should identify the content, its location and the reason it is considered illegal.
XIII. PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

The rules governing the processing of Customers’ and Users’ personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Online Store.
-
Information concerning cookies and the management of cookie consent is available in the cookie banner and Privacy Policy.
-
Personal data may be processed for purposes including Order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, Customer communication, handling complaints and returns and, where an appropriate legal basis exists, marketing activities.
XIV. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

A Consumer may use out-of-court methods for resolving complaints and pursuing claims.
-
Information about available out-of-court consumer dispute resolution methods may be obtained from:
-
the relevant Regional Inspectorate of Trade Inspection;
-
a municipal or district consumer ombudsman;
-
the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
-
The use of out-of-court dispute resolution procedures is voluntary.
XV. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, including:
-
changes in applicable law;
-
changes to the Seller’s company details;
-
changes to payment or delivery methods;
-
the introduction of new Online Store features;
-
security improvements or correction of errors.

Amendments do not affect Orders placed before the amended Terms and Conditions enter into force.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is published in the Online Store together with its effective date.
XVI. FINAL PROVISIONS

Agreements concluded through the Online Store are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory provisions protecting Consumers residing in other countries.
-
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, including the Polish Civil Code, the Polish Consumer Rights Act and the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any Consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of applicable law.
-
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with mandatory law, the relevant mandatory legal provision will apply.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 11 September 2026.
