Shipping & Returns Policy
Our wooden world maps have a unique design and are protected by patents and copyrights. By copying a product, you are violating copyrights and will face serious legal problems.
We ship all cards ordered on our website within 2-4 days from the date of purchase.
To reduce the delivery time of our cards to you, we use the services of the Globkurier courier service, which selects the most optimal delivery option in terms of time and cost.
The delivery time depends on how far away you are, but we will do everything to make you happy with our product as soon as possible.

ATTENTION The mounting material is not included in the card package. Choose double-sided adhesive tape or liquid nails depending on your situation and the material of your walls.

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days after you received the package.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS: If we made a wrong personalization on your order, we'll happily send you a replacement of the personalized item. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved because we got a wrong picture/misspelled text from you.
